Every car taken in gets a token and a QR code. The guest scans it to watch their vehicle's status change in real time — parked, requested, on its way — from any browser, with nothing to install. Condition photos are taken at handover and stored against the token.
Access is issued per site to client managers and Kerbside operations staff — it is not a public sign-up.
What the app actually does.
A token and QR per vehicle
Every car taken in is issued a unique token and a QR code that links straight to its own tracking page. No paper stub to lose, reprint or hand to the wrong person.
Guest tracking, nothing to install
The guest scans the QR or types the token into any browser and sees their vehicle's live status. No app download, no account, no login.
Live status through the handover
Parked, car requested, delivering, ready for pickup, delivered — each step timestamped and pushed live to every screen watching, including the guest's.
Condition photos at handover
The valet photographs the vehicle as it is taken in, stored against its token alongside the plate, the bay and the name of the attendant who parked it.
A dashboard per role
Valet, manager, client and admin each get their own view. Client and manager see their own site; admin sees every location in the portfolio.
Reports you can export
Volume and trend charts per site, with one-click export to Excel — so a monthly client report is a download, not a rebuild.

Guest keeps the token
The QR opens that vehicle's live tracking page in the guest's own browser. Nothing to install, nothing to keep hold of.
Guest requests the car
The request appears on the valet dashboard and moves through delivering to ready for pickup — with the guest watching the same status change live.
Delivered and logged
Handover is closed with a timestamp at every step, and the shift's record is there in the site's report.
