Hardware is the easy half. These are the services that decide whether your site is still running properly two years after commissioning.
Systems Integration
ANPR, barriers, RFID, POS and displays commissioned as one system that actually talks to itself — not five vendors blaming each other.
Parking Operations Management
Trained manpower, written SOPs, shift rosters, escalation trees and compliance reporting. We run the site, not just supply it.
Valet Operations
Fully insured, uniformed, background-checked valet teams for hotels, malls, hospitals and commercial complexes.
Equipment Supply & Installation
Sourcing, civil work, cabling, mounting and commissioning of the full access-control stack, with AMC cover after handover.
Traffic Flow Consulting
Queue modelling and circulation design before capital is committed — so lanes are sized for peak, not for the drawing.
Revenue & Operational Audits
Leakage analysis, reconciliation against vehicle counts, and process fixes for assets that suspect they're under-collecting.
AMC & On-Site Support
Preventive maintenance schedules, spares held locally, and response-time SLAs — because a dead barrier is a dead revenue lane.
Trained Manpower Deployment
Marshals, cashiers, supervisors and coordinators, recruited and trained to your site's SOP rather than dropped in cold.
FAQs
Everything buyers ask us.
If a question you need answered isn't here, send it over — we'll answer it directly rather than routing you to a sales call.
All three, as one contract. We supply and install the access-control stack (ANPR cameras, boom barriers, RFID and FASTag readers, POS terminals, guidance displays), run it on the Kerbside Controller and Dashboard, and staff the site with trained marshals, cashiers and supervisors. Most competitors sell you the hardware and leave you to find the manpower separately.
Recognition is tuned specifically for Indian plate formats, including the handwritten and non-standard plates that generic imported systems struggle with. Cameras use IR illumination so accuracy holds at night and against headlight glare. Where a plate genuinely can't be read, the lane falls back to ticket or RFID rather than stopping — a miss slows one car, it never halts the lane.
Nothing. The Kerbside Controller makes access decisions locally, so barriers keep opening for valid vehicles during a WAN outage. Transactions are buffered on site and sync automatically when the link returns. Lane operation never depends on a live connection to the cloud — that is a deliberate design choice, and it is the first thing you should ask any vendor.
Usually, yes. We audit existing hardware first and retain whatever is serviceable — there is rarely a reason to rip out working barriers. Integration depends on the controller interfaces your current equipment exposes; we confirm this during the site survey and tell you honestly what has to be replaced rather than quoting a full replacement by default.
UPI, credit and debit cards, wallets, FASTag deduction and cash. Handheld terminals let cashiers clear queues away from the lane at peak. Every payment is reconciled against the vehicle log — plate, entry time, exit time and duration — so collections can be matched to actual traffic instead of taken on trust.
A single-lane installation is typically commissioned within days of the site survey. A multi-level site with several entry and exit points, civil work and cabling generally runs a few weeks. The survey gives you a firm schedule before any commitment — we will not quote a timeline before seeing the site, because lane geometry and existing cabling drive most of it.
Leakage is what happens when collections can't be matched to traffic. Because every vehicle is logged by plate with timestamped entry and exit, expected revenue is computable — and any gap between expected and collected is flagged daily rather than discovered at month end. Our audit service applies the same method to assets we don't yet operate.
Yes. Vehicles under valet handling are covered by comprehensive insurance from key handover to return. Every vehicle is also photographed as it is taken in, timestamped against its ticket — the insurance matters, but it is that photo record that actually prevents the argument.
AMC cover with preventive maintenance schedules, locally-held spares, and response-time SLAs written into the contract. A barrier that is down is a revenue lane that is down, so response time is the metric that matters — ask any vendor to commit to it in writing.
